Oscars 2019: Alfonso Cuaron Wins Best Director (Speech Recap)
Alfonso Cuaron wins the Oscar for Best Director at the 91st Academy Awards for his work on Roma.
In his speech (third one for the night), he first thanked his ‘amazing cast and crew’. He then thanked Netflix. Cuaron gave gratitude to the Academy for recognizing a film like Roma. He finished his speech by thanking Mexico. Muchas gracias!
